About the Role

As a Business Development Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business development and operations teams to support the growth and operational excellence of our company. You will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, sales support, and operational efficiencies, working on strategies that directly impact our business development efforts. This role will involve a combination of strategic analysis, operational tasks, and coordination with various teams to help streamline processes and contribute to our growth goals. Successful candidates will gain a strong understanding of how business development operations work in a fast-paced business environment, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and optimizing the sales pipeline by supporting lead generation and tracking.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients.
  • Support the business development team in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and help analyze data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, tracking project timelines, and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving the customer acquisition process.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales campaigns and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of business development processes and sales pipelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
