Position Summary

India’s Apprenticeship Program is designed to build the workforce of the future by equipping individuals with the skills and experience needed to succeed within the organization and beyond. Apprentices play a vital role by supporting their assigned teams and contributing to the resolution of real-world challenges. This opportunity is ideal for recent school or college graduates, or individuals seeking to re-skill and transition into a new career path through structured, hands-on learning. The program follows necessary guidelines as laid out by the government of India.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and assist in assigned tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• Learn and apply company-specific systems, processes, and tools.

• Support project teams with data entry, documentation, analysis, and reporting.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed progress.

• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a productive and inclusive learning environment.

• Demonstrate curiosity, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in learning and task execution.

Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs and other related duties may be assigned.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (e.g., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, B.Tech, etc.)/Degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Recent graduates or final-year students eligible under the Apprenticeship Act/NAPS/NATS

• No prior work experience required.

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional setting.

• Basic communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills preferred.
