Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension, termination, and legal action where necessary.
Talent Battle provides educational and training content for learning and placement preparation purposes.
Access to certain courses, tests, videos, dashboards, reports, or features may depend on your subscription, institution partnership, or plan type. Course structures, trainers, schedules, modules, and features may be updated from time to time.
Talent Battle does not guarantee any specific placement, job offer, interview call, or exam result. Student outcomes may vary based on effort, performance, attendance, and other individual factors.
Talent Battle may provide mock tests, practice assessments, coding evaluations, interview simulations, leaderboards, and performance analytics.
Assessment scores are indicative and meant for training purposes. Rankings, leaderboards, and reports may be generated using platform activity, automated systems, AI tools, or analytics models and should be treated as guidance tools rather than sole decision-making criteria.
In case of suspected malpractice, unfair activity, impersonation, or system abuse, Talent Battle reserves the right to cancel results or restrict access.
Talent Battle may provide AI-driven tools such as interview simulations, feedback engines, recommendations, skill analysis, or other automated assistance.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not always be fully accurate, complete, or error-free. Such outputs are for educational and assistance purposes only, and users should apply their own judgment before acting on them.
Talent Battle is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of AI-generated output and may improve, change, pause, or withdraw AI-based features at any time.
Certain services on the Talent Battle platform may be paid, subscription-based, institution-sponsored, or plan-specific.
Fees, pricing, and access duration will be communicated at the time of purchase or agreement. Payments once made may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access may be limited to the validity period of the relevant course, subscription, or institutional arrangement.
Talent Battle reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, and features at its discretion. Refund, cancellation, or access-related requests shall be governed by the applicable payment or refund policy.
All content on the Talent Battle platform, including videos, documents, study material, questions and assessments, UI or UX elements, branding, logos, graphics, reports, AI workflows, and software components, is the property of Talent Battle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any platform content without prior written permission.
In some cases, access to Talent Battle may be provided through a college, university, training partner, employer, or third-party arrangement.
User access may be governed by the institution agreement with Talent Battle, and certain data such as attendance, progress, test attempts, or performance summaries may be shared with the authorized institution or administrator as part of the service.
Institution-specific features, notices, and announcements may appear on the platform, and users agree to such access and sharing where necessary for service delivery and coordination.
If you upload resumes, assignments, answers, profile details, recordings, feedback, or other content to the platform, you confirm that you have the right to upload and share such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You grant Talent Battle a limited right to use such content for operating the platform, providing services, generating reports, improving the learning experience, and offering support.
Talent Battle reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

The total liability of Talent Battle, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant service, where applicable.
Talent Battle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user account without prior notice if these Terms are violated, fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, the platform is misused, there is non-payment where applicable, or required cooperation or compliance is not maintained.
Termination of access does not remove obligations already incurred under these Terms.
Talent Battle may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on the platform with the updated effective date.
Continued use of the platform after such updates will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
